To ensure a seamless and professional experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review the following prior to booking:

• A valid credit card may be required to secure all appointments.• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be subject to a fee equal to the full service amount.• Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation, ensuring your full treatment time is not impacted.• Certain services, including advanced skincare, laser treatments, and microneedling, may require a consultation and/or patch test prior to treatment.• Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and pregnancy status before their appointment.• Direct billing is available for eligible massage therapy services, where applicable.
